Partner Agreement

1. Introduction:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Partner’s engagement in sourcing personnel for Tutabel’s clients. The initial focus will be on domestic staffing solutions, including but not limited to home help, nannies, drivers, and security guards. The scope will also extend to recruiting for various business roles as needed.

 

2. Services Required:

The Partner will source and refer individuals interested in working in various roles, both domestic and business-related.

 

3. Referral Process:

  • The Partner must register and generate a unique referral code.
  • For each candidate referred, the Partner or referred candidate will fill out the Resource Form, including the unique code for identification.
  • If a referred candidate is already in Tutabel’s in-house candidate resource pool, they will not count towards the Partner’s referrals.
  • Candidates referred by the Partner will count towards their referral bonuses each time they begin a new role.
  • The Partner will receive 20% of the referred candidate’s first salary, payable for up to two new jobs, assuming the candidate was changed (i.e., a new job/client).
  • If a candidate fails to maintain a role or has recurring issues, they will be removed from the system and will not be eligible for future opportunities.

 

4. Compensation

  • The Partner will receive 20% of the first salary of each referred candidate who starts a new job payable for up to two new jobs, assuming the candidate was changed (i.e., a new job/clients).
  • Payment will be made upon confirmation of the candidate’s start date and receipt of their first salary.
  • Payment will be made to the bank details provided during the partner’s registration.

 

5. Candidate Management:

  • The Partner is responsible for ensuring the candidates are reliable and suitable for the roles.
  • The Partner should provide accurate and truthful information about the candidates.
  • The Partner will be responsible for managing the candidates they refer.

 

6. Group Participation:

The Partner is encouraged to join Tutabel’s Partners Group on WhatsApp or Telegram to stay updated on available jobs and opportunities.

 

7. Confidentiality and Non-Communication with Clients:

  • The Partner agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding candidates and the company.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information will result in termination of this agreement and potential legal action.
  • Engaging in the unauthorized solicitation or acquisition of a client will lead to the termination of this agreement, a fine of N 15,000,000, and may result in legal action.
  • The Partner is not permitted to directly communicate with clients. If they encounter an opportunity to meet or communicate with a client, they must refrain from doing so and report the situation to Tutabel.

 

8. Termination:

This agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days’ notice.
Immediate termination may occur in the event of a breach of contract or unethical behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information about candidates.
  • Direct communication with clients.
  • Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
  • Failing to manage referred candidates responsibly.
  • Breaching confidentiality agreements.
  • Failing to comply with Tutabel’s policies and procedures.

 

9. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
